Our next Board meeting is on Wednesday, May 16th, 6:30pm at the Early Learning Coalition, ELC, of the Big Bend Region. The meeting is open to the public and it will be our annual general meeting. Kidpower is a non-profit leader in bullying prevention, child abuse prevention, stranger awareness, and personal safety for children, teens, and adults, including those with special needs.
This season, CSA, in collaboration with the Tallahassee United Futbol Club , will be starting a TOPSoccer program. TOPSoccer is an outreach program of CSA, and the US Youth Soccer Association. It is a community based training and team participation program for young athletes with special needs. TOPSoccer is a modified version of the game of soccer, designed to provide opportunities for our special needs athletes to enjoy the game. Modifications to the game allow full participation and enjoyment to each young athlete.
