Capital Soccer Association
(CSA) is a non-profit instructional youth soccer league serving
boys and girls ages 4 to 17. We are an organization of parents
and volunteers dedicated to providing our children with a little
organized fun. Each one of us, as members of CSA, has an equal
vote and an equal obligation to assist in making this volunteer
association the quality youth program we all want for our children.
Our philosophy is that while winning is a necessary and desirable
element of competition, it should be an end, only if the means
to that end fosters a cohesive, friendly and non-pressurized
atmosphere. All skill levels are welcomed! The majority of practices
and games are played at Tom Brown Park and Morningside Baptist
Church. The older age divisions may play games at the Meadows
Soccer Complex. |

Skeeters League (U5)
- The Skeeters program features fun activities designed to introduce 4 year olds to basic soccer skills.
- Players meet once a week (Saturday afternoons at Morningside Baptist Church on Pedrick Road from 2 PM to 3 PM) for approximately one hour.
Recreational League (U6-U18)
- CSA's Rec League is geared to players of all skill levels, ages 5-17, who want to develop their soccer skills and/or just have some fun on the field!
- Teams practice one evening a week at Tom Brown Park or Morningside Soccer Complex (off of Pedrick road). All games are played on Saturday mornings.
RecPlus League (U12)
- CSA’s Rec Plus program continues to grow and this season, should enough players be interested, CSA plans to offer a Rec Plus team for our advanced U12 players. Our Rec Plus program is designed to give the advanced recreational player an opportunity to play against similarly-skilled teams in the Big Bend region.
- The selection of players is based upon parent commitment, prior-coach recommendations and a skills assessment.
- Games will be on Saturdays and could require minimal travel.
- One tournament weekend could be scheduled depending on their availability and the technical and tactical skill level of the team as they develop over the course of the season.
- Participating coaches will have an FYSA "E" License at a minimum.
